I agree that if such a thing is ever coded then the default should be off. But judging from Fifth post, this is not going to happen anyways. And knowing from where the code of the chatbox is from and how it is probably a huge mumbo jumbo of code... I can also understand why. |

Also, some users are at work, and those telltale chat noises might be a giveaway. They also become really annoying really quickly. I always turn them off.

What? No. The chatbox does not include any functionality for sound notifications. Adding one is not currently possible. |
