_r.u.s.s. i'd rather get psxe with bioses, it's not really difficult and there are step by step instructions..

Rogue pSX is Sony PS emulator for beginners.

To avoid use of plugins that you have to use with ePSXe *, just use pSX. It is simple and still under development.

With that emulator (and legal copy of your PS rom) you can run all you backup games.

*plug ins are great, but they are for more advanced users who know what they are doing. Especially video plugins.

dosraider Now yeah, where do you think I get the ePSXe ROMs and game ISOs.....
ePSXe itself is freeware and legal of course, but all the rest .....
All by all it's simply a fact that PS games runs better on a PC emu.

And of course you have that lovely 'save state'........

The Fifth Horseman Dosraider, you sound really funny when you're lying. :P
Discussing emulators is not forbidden... discussing where to get ROMS/CD images for them is.

dosraider ePSXe is my favorit PS emu, that I of course don't use nor have 'cause it's illegal.
Fact is that if it wouldn't be illegal I would prefer running PS games on it, they would run better than on a real PS.
Shame Gran Tourismo for ePSXe isn't legal, it runs GREAT on it.
Certainly with the video plugins, that I don't have, of course.
:worried:

BTW, I'm not so sure that Pandemonium runs in VPC, no 3D support in VPC.

[Edit]
Actually it runs in VPC-W98SE, and not bad at all. 640x480

[Edit²]
Waw, runs much better in ePSXe anyway. Better graphics. 800x600

[Edit³]
Tried to get it running in a window in XP .... nope.
Goes full screen.

_r.u.s.s. so to conclude options:
*google somewhere how to run pandemonium in window
*use virtual machine (like mm said too)
*download illegal ps image and emulator. actually that's not an option (of course it's not. and of course it's not the best in my opinion. no definately not, its illegal, jesus)

Mighty Midget If Pandemonium is a Win9x game and you have a beast of a PC, then perhaps MS Virtual PC will do the trick. You will need a Win9x CD for this though.

Oooor... right click on the game exe and choose properties -> "run in window". Chances are it will work, but you will want to cross your fingers.

hannah I don't know, maybe I would if I was a BIT less clueless about all this

Things were certainly a lot easier when I had my small monitor! Talking about a luxury problem...
