15 days later..... Did you find it, Ysorian? If not, you have to find your way to the bottom (there was a hint about that from Arthur II, or Alfred II, whatever was its name). The clue is you will have to go down, go up some way, and go down again. I suggest you retry until you make this in about 3 minutes, because you will need time to run again to some other door... I've read some of the old posts and had this to say about Pixel Hunting. The part about the monk costume in the tree: someone said that you just try around until you are "Close" to it. Personally I think the spot is right next or right at the dark pixel that you see on the grass in a portion of the Tree Root. Standing very nearly it, facing toward the costume (the character is turned, his back at us), somehow was the way that it worked for me after a little frustrating attempts. I think I have been lucky about the rest, I thought it wasn't too hard, but I did each scene slowly, checking every weird pixel. It would be a dream come true if someone could finally upload the Cd-Rom somewhere, which is a myth I've heard about for long but never seen anywhere. I am really begging you. Cheers, Talkie |

Ugh, I didn't like this game very much. The artistry and cinematics were fantastic, so characteristic of Delphine Software, but TOO MUCH PIXEL HUNTING. Also, I got stuck in one point because I didn't get a newspaper. LAME. The storyline is cliche, but still entertaining. But the number one reason I was frustrated by this game was... GET A LITTLE CLOSER. The character WOULD NOT interact unless if he was PERFECTLY positioned near everything. SO ANNOYING! He couldn't just automatically walk there, which Delphine fixed in their much better title Cruise for a Corpse (which still has too much pixel hunting). Still, this game is worth a shot! |

To everyone having problems with the game's copy protection: Download the Amiga manual as a PDF file from replacementdocs dot com. The front page has the colored illustration. |
