The game does not require installation. The file you need to run is scidhuv.exe. Quote:

Problem Hey all I am very anxious to play this but having some compatability issues. I downloaded the zip file and extracted it to C:/oldgames/laura but when I try and run the install.exe I get this error : the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows yadayadayadayada I have dosbox downloaded and I have it in the folder rdy to drop my exe but its the install exe not the game running exe and it wont let me install it to then run it! >.< does this make sense? /dosbox newb |

Steven doesnt show up Hi, I've got exactly the same problem as Arete described; Steven doesn't show up at the party. I've talked to everyone about pretty much everything, and I also had a lot of "eardrop scenes", but after the last one all main characters disappeared and I'm stuck at the museum. There's nothing I can do, I can't leave as there's no taxi and Heimlich blocks the way in the room with the big skeleton. Too bad; this game really had potential, but when it has such "dead ends" because you didn't ask someone a single thing at some point before it's just so annoying. |

just try it it is compatible in dosbox minimally, so it is flawlessly runnable in win 7 |
