I can't get it to work, when i start the Start.exe it runs a little program with a gray box with some text. It repeats itselv untill i press Esc. Then it shows me some text in dos, and back to windows.

I just added some extremely rare scans to the site. Especially the complete sheet of unused stickers that came with the box ^_^

he's not an Ant! he's the ninja from the N'th dimension. he's an alien i belive, and is in fact green but wearing a black suit.
this game was touted as the amiga's answer to sonic. but i don't think it was ever quite recognised in the same way.

I always thought he was a chupacabra. you know, that spanish monster...it fits with the chupa chups thing, and has eyes just like it. plus, one theory is that the chupacabra is an alien. haha

Avira Antivir is reporting a virus! File fader.exe "Contains recognition pattern of the LZDamage virus"
http://www.abandonia.com/en/faq
Are your downloads safe/checked for viruses?
Every game on this site is checked for viruses! We try to make all games we supply appear just as they did in their original packagings (or as close to that as possible)!

It doesn't report a virus, but - as you said - a recognised pattern.

This seems to happen in a lot of older EXEs because they tended to like communicating with the hardware directly (only way to do things back then :D). I had a similar happening on an old Softkey CD. All it did was check the free hard drive space. Of course, then there's the actual AntiEXE virus inhabiting almost every floppy I own... :whistling:

I have the same issue, zool.exe just shows some characters in DOSBox. In windows nothing happens..
Start.exe in DOSBox does nothing, in Windows it shows this gray bar with text as previously described by others.
Does anyone know what to do?
Zool2 and many other games work perfectly fine
