Well, couple days ago I started playing SNES version of this game, as its much easier to have every command on the gamepad. I never finished game before, so I had no idea how many levels are there.

Game suprised me with number of different levels and variaty of enemies and puzzles...

This is great game that I would suggest everyone to play.

Anyhow, I'm at final level, which I will have to finish tomorrow.

A good game, amongst my favorite games on Amiga. Too bad our Amiga is broken.
And yes, a very long game. Never made it to end, but found the codes in some game magazine and checked what the last level looked like.
:eeeeeh:
How are you supposed to kill that giant?!

3-step action...
Make full use of your characters abilities.
(As long as the PC version has the same last level of course)

Well, I will try it tonight, and will write more about it. So far, this game is very chelanging, but thanks to save-state I was able finally to come to the last level.

Last night I finished Arena level, and finally I saw what final boss looks like. Will take me some time to explore it first and then try to kill him. :)

Also, humor in the game is great. :)

I used to have Amiga version of the game, but it was hard to play on gamepad/joystick while for some commands you have to use keyboard.

Aaah...i remember this one.

Maybe i should download it and start playing it again.

I never played it much. I just finished first level, then i got bored without reason.

Then try it again - some puzzles will get you pretty (heh, heh, bad pun) puzzled.

I've played Lost Vikings a bundle of times and do enjoy the Viking part... being Danish myself I do tend to get all melodramatic about it ;) But for the SNES there is also Lost Vikings 2... yes a sequel... haven't tried it yet, but I know it's out there :) Got to love it when they decide to squeeze the lemon :)

There's a PC version too. Honestly, I didn't like it as much as the first one.

I finished final level last night. IMO final level was not much chellanging as some other previous levels. (which required fast switching between vikings)

In overall 30+ (maybe even 40) levels can keep you a quite busy, entertained and as the_fifth_horseman mentioned: puzzled. :ok: :D

Great game, with nice 'happy' ending and many not-so-happy endings before that. LOL
