ESA! How does one get around them? Can the games that have the mark on them be bought? Their site is pants and provides no answers. Assist please! :help:

Well on the one hand, you can check Ebay (http://www.ebay.de) or CDAccess (http://www.cdaccess.com/) for your game.

On the other hand, there are still sites, which have some ESA-games, because ESA doesn't care about them or simply didn't notice it, but don't ask for links, nobody would really give them to you (not here).

We're anti-piracy here, so I'm sorry, but we can't give you any links.

P2P networks are too... god only knows what you CAN'T get on those kind of networks :)
But it's true that ESA sucks in informing on their website... I believe they would be more successful if they could provide a list of games that are protected and how to obtain them.

Check the producer. Check our list of protected companies for the current copyright owner, if you can't find - google it up.
Try contacting the producer (dunno, their tech support or something) and ask if you could buy a copy of this game from them.

Move to non-requests threads.
