Well, I'm a furry, and this game to me is something I must own. It's an RPG/Adventure game, and I really want to play it. There should be an old DOS version floating around maybe?

The problem I have is it has been bought over by another company that are now putting it out. Problem being its USD and being from the UK i'm sumped. I can't use paypal but I really want this game.

Any help?

It came out first on the Amiga I believe then converted to DOS.

Right, I got myself it, now yet again I have a dos problem. Because it's a game which requires a cdrom lookup, and mscdex.exe was remved from cinfig.sys in newer versions of windows, I can't play the game. This has also made me realise why I couldn't play Screamer, because XP does not have mscdex.exe built into it and dosbox doesnot compensate in any way.

AFAIK VDMSounds can emulate the MSCDEX.exe ... try it. you find the link on the abandonia main page in the category "programs" ...

I really find it hard to believe DOSBox isn't able to simulate the CD drive properly. Did you do a mount command with the "-t cdrom" switch?
