I Need Help Finding A Rare Game

When I was younger I had a assortment of DOS games and I didn't bother to really remember them as I got older but now I found most of them again.

Had:
-Space Quest 1 VGA
-King's Quest 5
-Home Alone
-Willy Beamish
-Dark Ages
-Trolls(My sister likes it)
-Unkown Game

Found:
-Space Quest 1 VGA

-Dark Ages(I got lucky finding this one I didn't even know what it was called)
-Trolls(Again my sister likes it)

Now I don't remeber much about the "Unkown Game" but I remember it being sorda similar to Carmen San Diego except when you go to places the place would fill up the whole screen instead of having it in a small phone screen device. I also remember when you went places you could hear the background noise even while you were doing something. The scenes I remember were a pool area were there were alot of kids in the pool and a hospital area where a guy was in a hospital bed and through the window you could see a hamburger diner. Most of the places were like still pictures but they would move sometime depending on what your doing.

I really hope someone could help me find this I really want to get this game back.

The game has to be from 1990-1995.

I kind of remember alittle bit more and I think you played a spy or a slueth except you didn't realy have any hi-tech things, most you had were binoc's but again I'm not sure.

I drew a picture of the hospital level keep in mind it's not to good.

There's a guy in the hospital bed I kind of remember the room being purple but again I'm not sure through the window you could see a street and people would be walking around and there would be a burger joint that had a big burger the building somewhere that's what that weird shape on the building is. I now remember the hospital was in a big city and you could hear traffic and honking and some other things from the window.

I also drew a picture of the pool level. The pool was full of kids and some of their dad's but I really couldn't draw people that good and their was a chain link fence which is in front of the trees in the background.

The game's graphics style was sourda similar to Willy Beamish.

Also if any of you think the "Unkown Game" description is alittle similar to a game you know just post a screenshot. Even if you thinks it sounds a tiny bit similar post a screenshot it can't hurt.

I know this topic's pretty old, read the rules and I hope it's okay to post in this topic. I thought I would give it another try to figure out the game.

Also about the hospital picture, the person might have been in a full body cast, not sure though.

- Game was released from 1991-1995, also took place the same time
- Took place in a big city
- You played a sleuth, detective or spy, able to use binoculars
- Some backgrounds were still images but had ambient sounds, crowds, big city, pool area
- The game art style had vibrant colors so it's probably a mid 90's game
- 1st Person View, similar to Carmen San Diego, but I don't remember a HUD on the screen
- This game seemed similar in certain ways, http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/headline-harry-and-the-great-paper-race
- When you were in the hospital, you were using binoculars to try and found someone in a crowd below the streets
- Scenes included a pool area with kids and adults, also a hospital room looking down over a burger place on the streets below
- I think I remember someone in a blue trench coat and blue hat, might be mixing up another game

When I mention the game scenes, a couple posts above is the best reference and description for those levels.

If anyone remembers a game that doesn't fit the description exactly, but seems similar just post it anyways.
