Hi guys. I just wanted to introduce myself. I just joined the forum!
I love old strategy and RPG games and it was really a surprise to find such a collection at the site.
I had a pretty interesting conversation with Titan and he introduced me to the site.
Other interests I have goes from scifi and fantasy (movies, series books, comics, etc.) and software (since I work for I software company)
Hope to hear from you soon!
Carlos
Hey hey, another developer (I'm guessing/hoping). Welcome to the forum. So which sofware company do you work for?

Actually I am not really a developer. I work in pre-sales designing solutions for the potential customers using the software of my company. I work for the US company called SAS. Have you heard of them?
About the Spanish help, sure! We definitely speak Portuguese in Brazil but since I travel a lot to the other countries o latin america I also know spanish pretty well. They are not really so much different. Portuguese used to be a dialect of Spanish in the middle ages...
BTW, Picard, I really liked your name! I am a big fan of Star Trek myself. We usually organized conventions here. We have even brought Leonard Nimoy, George Takei and Walter Koenig :-)
Where are you guys from?

Definitely an international site!!
Seems though that most of you are from Europe. Although it is pretty far away from here I could visit it in the past and i have to say it is great!
As my father is italian I have even lived in italy for soe years when I was a kid. BTW, to the germans my mother is german so it is a very interesting mix :-)
Talking about the weather we are coming out of our winter now but today is about 26 Celsius... Soon we will be able to go to the beach and play volleyball as well ;-)
I cannot really wait for the weekend so i can start playing some of the games I saw in the site. Some of them really made me adicted to them in the past...

Netherlands is a nice place. I was there some years ago for a very short period but definitely should go back one of this days if possible.
About the conventions it is really a good opportunity to review the episodes and discuss them with people that enjoy the same things you do.
As far as I know there are some in Germany and in the UK....
