ok heres a game

i give you a food product and you have to connect three games to it

for example : onions

pikmin: the onions that they live in

dynasty warriors: the buns that are health look like onions

sim farm : you can grow onions

if you cant justify it it does not count

can be food or drink

let me start you off with an easy one

food: meat

California Games - it's right under the skin of the characters you control
Wolfenstein 3D - it's under the uniforms and you shoot at it while it still moves

balloon

Balloons aren't generally held to be edible, are they? Apart from anything else, the pop in your face would be a bit offputting.

OK, my first one is UT2004, for the excellent AirBuccaneers mod, featuring combat in giant air balloons. Can't think of any more though :(

And Lemmings, in one you could use Balloons, and in the 3D one you had to evacuate them via balloon.

No, but there are a few games where you need to eat a balloon (if I remember correctly). Think about older adventure games.
How to beat that nasty beast? Offer him a balloon. He's going to eat it and inflate - then I can pop him and get on the way :whistle:
That's not from a game, but some similar puzzles did come to mind.

Anyway - PORK next...

Simon the Sorcerer - you need to pick up the (stil alive) piece of pork (the sexy girl that turns out to be a piglet).
The Lost Vikings - the powerups they collect (those stakes are pork I'm sure they are).
Asterix and Obelix - Asterix may pick up the magic potion, but Obelix pics up a whole wild boar (wild boar, pig, pork...)

Next item: pancakes

In metal gear solid, you can use ketchup to pretend that you are dead.

Theres a bottle of ketchup in the refridgerator in Maniac Mansion

You have to put some ketchup in the monolith burgers in Space Quest 4.
