Have you tried the Birth of the Federation forum (http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/index.php?fn=browse_forum&f=3162) yet? There's a thread called "Windows XP" right at the top, so it seems like you're not the only one experiencing problems with that.:)

Hey dude. Birth of the Federation wasn't made to play on XP. However, there is a patch out there that will allow it to run on XP. I don't have a link, but try doing a google search. It shouldn't be difficult to find. :ok:

Thank you all. "Do it your self" was not so hard to do. I found the link in 5 min. Her it is : http://www.members.aon.at/zelli/others.htm . At "BotF update/patch" , take the 3rd Server for "HTTP download". It's English-German.
I haven't tasted it yet, but i do it know.

I've tested it, bur it crush too. Not at the round's, but in the reserch, as i was looking the futerships, witch i could get when i got the right reserch.*i don't know if you got it*

Wasn't it made by Atari? That would make it ESA-protected.
