What was your favorite LucasArts (or as it was known earlier, LucasFilms) game? Mine would have to be the original Monkey Island - so many memories from playing that great game on my precious Amiga 500. :)
(Apologies to admins and mods if this has been posted before)

Monkey Island 1, 2 & 3
Indy and the fate of Atlantis
Day Of The Tentacle
Sam And Max
Full Throttle
I miss this genre of adventures, but at least there's some still being made with AGS :)

Moneky Island 1,2 and Sam and Max
I love the humour!!! LOL
There is a new adventure game out called "Fahrenheit" for PC.
It looks really good actually and is suposed to be very original.

While their adventure games were great, Lucasfilm also made the only flight sim that has provided any entertainment value to me: Their Finest Hour - Battle of Britain.
Such an excellent game. Played it on my older brothers computer back in the rattle-and-pacifier days, and a few years back I bought it from a fellow HOTU member for a six pack of beer just to relive that sensation of smoking down Spitfires. The charm was still there.

Since Maniac Mansion was the one that started it all for me when it came out on the C64, the choice is rather clear.
Of course most of the later games were even funnier, deeper, had better graphics and sound etc. but only MM will forever have this special place in my heart (shortly followed by Zak, of course... ah yeah, the memories of a wasted youth... LOL ;) ).
But I gotta admit that I never before and never again laughed as hard or as much during any game then I did when playing "Sam & Max"... :D

Favorite would be Monkey Island (1+2)
...also no-one mentioned The Dig. I like that one also.

Full Throttle, followed by Sam and Max, and then all the Monkey Island games and Grim Fandango. The rest are good, but I think those are the best.

Do I really even need to say what mine is? As if it isn't obvious enough already.
@PT: I think I saw you on Urban Dead yesterday. You play it? The users name was Green Tentacle.

The first of the Monkey Island titles
Sam and Mix Hit the Road
Afterlife (what a brilliant but poorly marketed title that was!)

I really hate Afterlife (still keep the CD around though - don't know why I don't get rid of it).
For my favourite LucasArts game I'd have to say:
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (the graphic adventure).
It's based on a great movie, yet you can still change the way things unfold. All other games are fictional.
Sam'n'Max has got to be among the funniest games I've ever played.
Zak - because it was my first point'n'click adventure
I basically liked all their adventures (althogh the last MONEKY wasn't really up to their level... Not to mention the later Indy games - The Infernal Machine, Emperors Tomb...)
Fruit Pie Jones

Tie Fighter was my favorite, followed closely by The Dig, but then I didn't really play many LucasArts games for some reason.

The Dig had bad pacing, but otherwise it was underrated.

- X-wing series
- Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe (SWOTL)
You don't need to fill a DVD with a game and still you can create something really big. I've lost one or two josticks thanks to the tour of duties of these games :D .

I remember playing Monkey Island 2 and Full throttle at the after-school centre. Sitting 5-10 people around a computer trying to solve a puzzle. :D

Strangely, I didn't like their big production series of games (Star Wars, Indiana Jones) as much as The Dig. Loved it from start to finish.

Loom - the music and originality won it for me
Monkey Island 1
Maniac Mansion
Their Finest Hour
EDIT- I've played a demo of Fahrenheit on the PC, it looks really really good and I shall be adding it to my collection in the near future. Quite an original concept

Full Throttle

For me it is:
- X-Wing
- TIE-Fighter
- Dark Forces
- Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight
I must say though, that X-Wing and TIE-Fighter have stood the test of time much more then the Dark Forces series.
Well, as everybody is saying a lot of games, I should say that I also love the first two Monkey Island games.
