Good Then Nots So Good

i've used dosbox before but just recently I reinstalled it. The games i played were running in slow motion, but just playable, and the music to. Then after a few days it started to run fine. All went very smooth until I started to play darklands and every thing went back into slow motion. Please tell me how to get it running well again.

Have you tried increasing the cycles by pressing Ctrl & F12?

( im now registered) yes I have, and everything goes alright but sound is still a bit sticky and that doesn’t explain why it would work and suddenly not. I didn’t mention this but ive played darklands before and everything ran fine, so I don’t think it’s the cause.
