Bill's Tomato Game [NON-PC] [Archive]

:help: your a tomato........ and ur girlfriend (who is also a tomato) gets taken away by a bloke in his pick up with lots of other tomatoes in crates....., ur mission: To save them all (mainly ur gf tho :ok: )

I played it on an amiga 500 it probly was on others but i cudnt tell u, it was a sorta puzzle game where u had 2 bounce the tomato across the screen and to the nxt level. u used differnt objects such as trampolines n crap to boucne it across, i jus cant remember its NAME!! :wall:

NE suggestions would b greatly apreciated!! ;)

Are you sure it was tomatoes? Never heard of any such game. The closest that I know of, just a bit cause a friend of mine liked it, was Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom. But that was for his NES.

I thought at first it might be Kwirk (http://www.mobygames.com/search/quick?q=kwirk), but that doesn't seem to have been released for Amiga 500.

It takes several days to find someone willing to do the review and upload, A week or less for them to finish it, and a week to put it on the site so hold your horses.

(and besides not all requests are met. There has to be someone willing to actually put the game on the site.)

Oh and another thing is this game a platformer?

There doesn't seem to be one. According to this list (http://cache.cow.net/psygnosis/games/), it was Amiga only, although I've found a few obscure references to a SNES version. But no PC version apparently.

I'm looking for an old amiga game (don't know if it was released for PC) called bills tomato game.

In the game you have to guide a tomato through levels by placing trampolines and other things, great game that didn't get nearly enough credit.

I think it was made by psygnosis, not sure though.

If u can add it, or anyone knows where to get it, I'd an answer

I've been trying to find this one for years now. It's a clever puzzle game where you play a Tomato trying to save his 'girlfriend' from the clutches of the evil Tomato-juice sucking Flying Squirrel.

You have to place various objects, trampolines, fans, etc. to get the Tomato to the goal without splatting on the often-moving background, deftly manoeuvring(sp?) through traps as you climb the vine to your goal. The only site I've found that even acknowledges the game is here.

Did you try evil Google? 1830 results for "Bill's Tomato Game". Since it is non-PC and Abandonia doesn't deal with roms, we can't officially give you the game even if someone of us has it. But I think I can give the link to the game's entry on Lemon Amiga (http://www.lemonamiga.com/games/details.php?id=160) since it is our (former?) partner site after all. You may want to have a look at the third bottommost paragraph there. ;)
