Sorry, but according to Mobygames it was made by Eidos, which would mean it's ESA-protected.

You won't find it for download anywhere, because it's ESA-protected. You can buy it on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=8171&item=5215053545&rd=1&ssPageName=WD2V), though.
