I would like to upload and review Championship Manager 2 & Solar Winds 1

I need someone to check if these games can be hosted by abandonia.

Thanks :)

Well, Championship Manager was published by Eidos, I think, so it'll be ESA-protected.

According to Tom's list (http://www.abandonia.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=5263) they both seem to be safe.

EDIT: AJ - according to mobygames (http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/championship-manager-2) CM2 dos version wasn't made by Eidos.

According to Tom's list (http://www.abandonia.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=5263) they both seem to be safe.
But according to Mobygames, the first game at least was done by Domark, and Eidos now own the rights to Domark games. (As you can see here (http://www.the-underdogs.org/company.php?name=Domark)) And Eidos is on the list.

OK - sorry - I hadn't time to check that. Didn't know Domark is now a part of Eidos (althoug I might have guessed - why else would they have their game).

It would seem that Tom's list isn't quite complete. Not that I blame him, it can be hell trying to keep track of all those old developers.

Damn, i should really stop writing reviews before checking. I already wrote review for CM2.

What is the status for Solar Winds? I think that one was by Epic and Stone ent

I thought both games were safe (CM2 obviously isn't), but SW should be.

Solar Winds would be great!
I love that game, I still play the shareware version now and then.

I seriously doubt Solar Wind is ABW since it's shareware.

Well both SW were made by Epic games in 1993. So Marko are you talking about the Epic version or do you have another SW version (or did Epic version become SW since then)?

If it's SW you can always try the AR.

Yeah, i suppose SW is for AR. WEll, i have two parts, made in two parts since it was shareware. I guess situation is still unclear with SW.

I suppose i shouldn't even hope to review FIFA '94 and Lord of the Rings 2 - Two Towers right?

What about Batman - the Capped Crusader and Batman: the Movie ?
