even if it is, it would be very large to upload.

I think that large updates are ok now, but that decision is up to Kosta to make.

And I have Myst in case it is needed.

hmmm... I don't think Myst is abandonware.
I'd like to play the original (I've played Riven, Myst III and Uru:Ages Beyond Myst and I still don't have a single clue what the game is about)

Hmmm it might be abw... after all it was released in 1995!

Yeah but unlike alot of the games on this site, the developer is still supporting the series. I do recall a 3D version of the original myst coming out a couple of years ago, so the original may have become abandonware, but I doubt it.

I havn't actually played myst tho. I tend to be more of a point-and-click adventurer.

I bea tthe origional Myst when it first came out, then gave up on the rest since I had no urge to play them back then. I can remember the first one QUITE clearly =)

If you like point and click adventures, then you are in for a treat in the near future :D

(That is if Kosta gives me the green flag, of course).

I thought that it was pretty good, although that was on only first person adventure I've ever played.

(That is if Kosta-del-sol gives me the green flag, of course).

If this is anything like when you released those sierra games I swear I'll withdraw all the funds I gave to the Republican Party and cash it into Kosta's bankaccount... on second thought I probably won't.

But I'll like you all more... eventhough you are all left winged hippies.

You are absolutely correct. Myst was a Mindscape creation, thus ESA Portected

It would be a bit enormous anyway really.

The improved Masterpiece Edition is definitely still sold anyway.

It should be on a budget label. Definitely worth picking up.

Huge downloads, even if it was made legally available, sometime. Would have to be handled via BitTorrent or some such.
