Does anybody know, where I could download some bagpipe melodies in mp3? I love the sound of this instrument.

Why's that? :blink: Tastes differ. Pipes 'n' Drums are great! But I don't know a site, where they are available. The few, that I have, are from unknown places from Internet. I just typed my query in Altavista in section Audio, and it gave me the link to the mp3.

I'm not too partial to bagpipes (although they do sound cool sometimes...kind of like accordian...) but the sound of Eulian Pipes is one of the most beautiful in the world. If you don't believe me, download "Hymn to Hope" off of the album Secret Garden (or something like that)

bagpipe sounds were tested on soundcards to test the cards ability to put the sound correctly , and i like bagpipes too

Open Limewire, and type in Corvus Corax, or something. There are enough bands who play bagpipes, most of which are without vocals.
