Wing Commander - Privateer [GoG]

Please please pleaseeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!! I've had privateer since my first pc, and it never worked. My friend would play it at his house and it would make me jealous. I wanted to punch him in the face. I did punch him, but i still couldn't play the game. So if possible, i think privateer would be an excellent addition.

I already called this game as with every other Wing Commander games. You guys can upload it (and get credit for it of course) but I'm writing the review.

There is a second privateer yes called Privateer II: The Darkening. It is a FMV game covering three CD's. It suffers from some problems but overall it is a good game. Unfortunatly there is no change that it will be uploaded on abandonia because of its size.

I love Privateer 2 - The Darkening. I have the original, wich I bought a long time ago, when my compter ran Win95. I haven't figured out, how to make it work in DosBox though. :huh: :)

Ya, Void. That's the right game. Well, Wing Commander is nice... played so far the most parts of the game. But's not the same in my sight of view.

Dungeon Master II... I thought Interplay doesn't exist anymore, so it should be abandonware :)

I notice this title isn't available. Any particular reason? Has it just not been submitted, or are you guys not hosting Origin games or something? I have noticed it is available on some other sites....but I like this one :)

It's not on yet. There are a large number of games waiting to reviewed and uploaded we have no bias towards Origin, either for or against as testified by a number of their games actually being on the site.

Cool. Are there were amy game companies that are hostile toward abadonware sites that you intentionally don't post games from? Or is that generally not a problem for true abandonware? I've found just about every game I remembered playing here, so it doesn't seem like thats the case. Syndicate, Dune II and Privateer are probably my three favorite DOS games...so playing the first two should keep me busy for quite a while!

Wing Commander: Privateer. I don't think this game has been uploaded yet. It is a great game.

You need to upload the map as well I think, or else it is impossible to play.
