Cannon Fodder & Base Memory Related Problem.

I try to run Cannon Fodder, but it just says:
"Base memory required: 398416
base memory available: 0"

I'm trying to run it on WinME.
Can you give any idea as how to make it run?

Of course, play the game in DosBox which you can get on this site. ;)
