I am trying to use a "thrustmaster, t flight stick X" joystick on my windows 10 computer while playing "MetalTech: Earthsiege" but the game won't recognize the joystick when I try to calibrate it. It works on other programs, do I need to install something? Is my joystick too new for a game from 1994 to recognize?
Also, not as important but nice if answered, the game says I can adjust the keys using alt + tab but this seems to activate some kind of hotkey in windows 10. Is there a way to disable hotkeys in windows? I know sometimes when I emulate 90's macs I would like to use the window's key for a specific mac key without it activating the start menu.
EDIT: By the way, I got the CD ISO of the game from the Sierra website so technically it's not from this site if that's alright.
