Are all the admins too busy with real life these days?

There is only one (semi-)active admin, Palocles. Japo. Try to contact him directly through PM.

I'm also semi active, but I never did anything with submissions and offers and therefor don't know how to handle that part.

Japo is currently the best option for this as far as I know.

Well, technically speaking, I have enough rights to publish the game (I did it once in past when System Shock page was killed accidentally). But I never did it, officially speaking, and I am not sure how to do that _right_ (i.e. what needed except review and files itself). I can do that, if noone else help. But I'd prefer Japo intervention. :)

You could also PM Updaters such as Super Mod Grand Micronaut marko river (aka Molecule Man) and Mod Tracker (always tracking and hungary for updates! XD).

They appear here at the AB Forums, from time to time.
