Those violations are just ordinary Blizzard MPQ errors, reinstalling doesn't work fer some reason, I just keep playing and curse when it crashes.

Hehe. ;) I only played the single player campaign myself too. I watched my gf's little brother play it on battle.net though, much too hectic for my taste. If you can't click your build & move orders faster than your enemy, you're dead. Bleh.

Custom games are what take up most people's time on Bnet, nothing like a good WinterMaul game or DOTA.

I dont like the way DotA has evolved. I played warcraft 3 when it all started. I had seen AoS type maps before but DotA added something new: custom skills. It was very fun and it was the only map i played.

Now, it has turned into some kind of competition, you cant seem to find a game where the people only want to play for fun, and it is impossible if you are new to DotA. Because of that I dont play DotA, instead I play like DotA which are both as good as DotA if not better.

Im not saying DotA is a bad map, I just guess I dont like the people who play it...

I had a craked version somewhere I think. Then, now I have a proper PC to play it, and that the game became affordable, i think I'll buy it and comes playing :)

That is a good point, actually.
The poeple who play it are almost always a-holes. I've gotten a lot better from playing with my friends only and now I can contribute to the team and handle myself on battlenet.
If your just starting, it is a very steep learning curve!
Computer AI is good for the very beggining but human players will kick your behind!

I only play battlenet with my friends now cuz I hate people who cant follow simple directions or have no teamwork. :ranting:
