Gta Iii Secret Island

Is there a secret island in GTA III or it is a myth and how can I get there, if that's true?

you can fly to the bank you see in the beginning sequence if thats what you mean but its not solid ground which means you'll drown/crash the dodo if you try to land

There is also one of small island that you have to visit (using boat) to pick up one of the packages.

Isnt there a massive garage complex with all the cars on the game + hidden ones that gets unlocked once you complete 100% ?

I doubt it.

Many mods are avalible for things like that though. Sometimes the people who start these rumours have many mods installed so they forget which things are added by mods and which are in the proper game.

The bank in the intro. The intro takes place in a place that is away from the noraml three islands, just in the middle of nowhere.
