Pictures In Word [Archive]

Hey guys. I have pictures in Word files that I wan't to make into just pictures. How can I do this?
Any help would be appreciated,

Print Screen, then paste it into a painting program and cut the pic out?

U could also use capture wiz pro http://www.developerreviewed.com/capwizpro.htm
cut the picture directly then save it as jpeg

I have the picture as a Jpeg but now the upload fails when I try to put it as my portrait :-( :ranting:

Check its size: No bigger than 150Kb.

Oh crap. It is like 400. Darn. Do you know a way to make it smaller?

Resize it, reduce the colors, increase compression, save it as .png instead of .jpg... these things all do the trick.
