And how exactly does the game being for sale prevent you from playing it, hmm? Abandonware isn't about getting games for free. This has been discussed quite a few times elsewhere on the forum.

Cd Access sells alot of things that're abandonware, that's why I find that people are just trying to argue with me when they bring it up as proof of supposed "illegality". Blood and Magic is down the drain so who cares.

Abadonware is illegal per se, why would someone want to bring proof anyways?

This site has it's own set of rules like any other sites. If the main head of this site say no then it's no. That's not really something we can work around.

Because some people believe it's legal, there's still a thing as warez, which is generally presenting games for free, while the publisher/developer still recieves benefits/money from it.

So in a way Abandonware is the legal way of illegaly download games.

Upload the game!

I fail to see why you're consistently ignoring the explanations of the site policy, and then bring this 'illegal/legal' subject up that has nothing to do with the above?

I just described how it wouldn't be contradicting to upload it, not much ignorance as people don't even properly read what you have to say, I sense we're getting into an arguement here so I'm going to drop it, no hostilities for me.
