I get through to Wednesday morning (in the courthouse after answering the questions) and the game crashes with 'Not an object'/'Fatal error'. Any ideas how to deal with this?

Try to reinstall it.Also your saves might be corrupted.

Hmm.. I had that problem once. It seems pretty common.

If I remember correctly, I tried to reinstall. Or maybe I just started a new game. I don't know, but anyway, I never got it working.

I gotta try again some day. Reinstall the game and play it again from the beginning. Maybe I will at last be able to finish the game.
