Hello,
I've been in SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dosbox/) downloading DOSBox for my Windows platform. An error message stating that DOSBox0.74-win32-installer(1).exe isn't a valid Win32 application keeps repeating. Is there any solution for this?
Thanks.

Upload the file you downloaded and post a link to it. I need to see what did you actually get from there.

I can't open the file in the first place.

Your machine has to download the file before it can run it.
Either you're trying to run the file from the net or your browser is set to run all executable files you click links to (incidentally, that's a gaping security hole).

Your system has downloaded something. The question is what that something is, and I don't have a crystal ball here.

Nobody is telling you to open the problematic file, just download it to your system and pass me a copy so that I can figure out what is going on.

Incidentally, have you tried to download it with another browser?

I would try re-downloading first

I have Dosbox ( DOSBox0.74-win32-installer(1).exe ) on my Vista O/S. It works fine.
However, will this work on Windows 10 ?

I have several different DOSBox assemblies, and all of them works on my Win10 x64. I bet, x32 will be fine too. :)

Great. I hope....

Do you have the x32 version of DOSBox ?

Thanks.

Then it's just a matter of downloading the correct dosbox version, surely?

It works the same on at Windows version. Why don't you just try yourself. Bitness doesn't matter and there is no x64 Windows version of DOSBox at least official

You don’t “mount DOSBox in your device”. You can handiest mount paths that exist to your gadget to power letters in DOSBox, which I presume is what you meant. Assignment Help (http://www.domyessays.co.uk/assignment-help/)
