I was just wondering who on here plays Runescape!
I play a lot. My chars name there is Yobor too! :Titan:

Well I voted for the "I havn't heard of it" option, because I havn't. I'm guessing its one of those MMORPG games.

Runescape's just plain boring. 's Nothing but mindless stats-raising. Even then, it's hard as hell, as you'll basically need either mining skills or craftsman skills. Mining requires you to go to mines, which's full of people stealing other people's ore, then call them n00bs (heck, they often just run after people who go mine somewhere else... even if it's clay), or they go and take the hides from you or slay your cows, then take the hides from you. I don't like the game because there's nothing to do there and I like the game's players even less, as all they do, is make things sour for others.

That is just my way of saying that I find the game very distasteful. Games are supposed to let you things you can't do in real life. Sorry, if I wanted to bake bread I would do it in real life and learn some skills while I'm at it instead of wasting my time baking virtual bread.

I played Runescape for a week and I stopped. I played Tibia once and I think it's boring. I also played Anarchy Online four times and unistalled it. I don't know why i can't play a mmorpg longer. Allergy?

I used to play Runescape but i got bored and stopped. I have to agree that a lot of the game's players are arseholes.

Interesting fact: Did you know that the founder of Jagex, who run the game, is gay?

Well actually I played it for 30 minutes and then ran to buy Ultima Online. :bleh:

Ultima Online is teh shizzle.
I haven't played it that much (only around friend's houses) but it is one of the deepest MMORPGs that there is.

Well in fact NO.(thrown money for buying original ultima online -sigh-)I dont like any mmorpg except Baldurs Gate and Neverwinter Nights. :tomato: Dont know why.

The best free MMORPG (and possibly best MMORPG) in my opinion would be The Kingdom of Loathing (http://www.kingdomofloathing.com). It's funny, doesn't take itself too seriously, the people are friendly (very important) and it has lots to offer for both newbies and veterans.

I don't like Runescape because:
1.The Graphics stink and always will
2.I'd have to pay to make the game fun
3.Most of the people are jerks who don't help noobs
4.The quests are a tad tedious
5.TOtal lack of freedom needed for an RPG

I'll stick with Shadowmere, not an RPG, but its fun

ive been playing runescape since the beginning, and im not level 124 yet =P

i play it for about a month or two each year, this is because i get bored of it like everyone else (but i come back to it) and im not the only one playing, when i do about 5 friends of mine are as well, so its ALOT more fun then playing on your own...especially you go for a good wilderness hunt...just umm...dont do that on members...too many teleport out (i think jagex stopped that)

but if you must know, my char name is Decapitated1, Level 74, almost 70 strength =)

EDIT - members people are alot more mature then the retarded 12 year olds on the free worlds who keep speaking leet...i came across a 40 year old woman whos daughter plays it as members...yes...that was the last time i played.

im a lvl 77 on runescape and i know its so boring at the beging but i play all the time and when u get to be my lvl kill people in wild gets funner and + im a member so i never run out of things to do i kill people on rune runesape :rifle: :sniper: but im cool about it :angel:

I don't really like combat, only lvl 42.

Most fun thing to do on RS at the mo - Go to Varrock centre and see if you can get everyone to dane IN TIME with each other. Not impossible, but tricky.

is fun for the killing other players thang, but is very annoying game as well, especially the mining, hint for rs players, dont mine, its so repetitive u will b lucky if you dont just go braindead from clicking on the sodding rock for the 50 millionth time, u wanna make money, stock up on good food then go mug people in the deeps, dont bother border fightingas is a waste o time and food.
