Found this topic (http://www.abandonia.com/vbullet/showthread.php?t=26400) accidentally. So, there is Discontinued Games (http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tt.asp?forumid=656) section on Matrix Games forum. Can those games be considered abw indeed? Some are actually less than 10 years old.

No. We need to evaluate them on a per-game basis - firstly, the rules specifically state we can only evaluate one game per thread; secondly, because one game might still be sold, but another might not.
