Yes, she now lives and will have my babies.

I finally managed to complete Max Payne 2 on the hardest level and when you manage that you get a different ending. On the previous two levels Mona Sax dies in the end but in the hard ending she survives. It is good to see her alive and well.

Man you really like this game! I got tired of it after I passed it at first difficulty (and after I formated my harddisk, copy-pasted saves back to MaxPayne2 directory in My Documents, and find out that I can't play at bigger difficulty :ranting: )! LOL :rifle: :rifle: :rifle:

The best thing is that when I enter bullet time, I aim heads and kill one bullet per guy! :rifle: :rifle:

It is not really a spoiler. It would take about five minutes of playign the game to know she is going to die in the end. Max Payne 2 is just that kind of game. It is film noir after all.

They should not make you go through easy and medium just so you can see that ending. I stopped playing after finished through medium, and now I will never play it again, I'm highly pissed off.

Have to agree with you on that a little. I hate it how things are "unlocked" only by playing the game. I have less trouble with it when it is only extra's like the movie stills and such in Chronicles of Riddick but in Max Payne they manage to it to actually lock the difficulty levels which is insane.

I don't mind it that you need to fight through the hard setting to get a different ending from the easier ones but I do mind it when I have to finish the game twice before in order to do even be able to attempt the hardest level. Not to mention that when I format my HDD or get a new computer (which happend to me) I need to go through the entire process all over again.

That`s very strange action from them....isnt there some patch where you can skip it??

I know there is an official patch with some extra maps but that wasnt that special :not_ok:
