I'm having problems in bg2 with the character dialouges, Jaheira wont say anymore and bg2 TOA viconia is now repeating herself, is there any way to fix this?

The only suggestion I can make, having never encountered this problem before would be to get the latest patch for the game.

Okay, so the readme for the patch says to "unzip the files into the bg2 override directory". Uhm. huh?

Is there a .exe verstion of the patch or only a zip? getting a .exe will make it far easier to extract.
