Under A Killing Moon?

I first played this during the early to mid 90's. I'm not sure if it was even CD or floppy disk. The whole game had a film-noir aspect to it.

-Main character is a detective
-All characters are live action
-It had a supernatural element to the game
-I believe it was a point and click adventure game.
-I know this is vauge, but there was something about the moon. (title maybe? plot point?)
