Yeah. Basically that's what I'm looking for. I think it could be from 2012, but more likely it's from 2011 or earlier. It's about a guy, who is terribly annoyed by the VIPs and so he decides, to simply shoot them. He meets a girl, that (I think, she was a witness) likes, what he is doing and supports him. Genre, of course, is black Humor/comedy.
The title...I think it contained USA: The movie or something, but if I enter that in Google, I get a movie, that hardly fits my description.
