status? I guess it would be fine addition if approved.

Do we consider a release on a magazine coverdisk as a commercial one? If no, it's AR material.

Well, was magazine for free? If not, then it's not exactly a freeware.

I remember similar problem with that rabbit neskwik game or something. Neskwik, kwik, some chocolate cereals or something... anyway, game was in the package with the product, and for some reason it finished at AR. I don't agree with that, that is not freeware.
