I do suppose that it is abandonedware. I got in touch with a guy that claims to be one of the developers and he sent me the archive. It played it a bit and I can review it. However, this might be a slight problem.

I am against nudity on our site, however this is only one picture that appears only shortly when you beat the game (which is ultra hard, mind you) and, well, doesn't seem like a big deal.

Well, check the video and tell me should it be rejected. Rest of the game is has no nude scenes AFAIK.

The publisher/developer (Panic Video Game) is not an ESA member.
I haven't found any buylinks.

I think we can label this game as 'approved' but I don't know what to do with the nudity.

Minor semi-nudity in non-pornographic context. I don't think it would warrant rejection of this game.

I agree that picture at the end shouldn't lead to rejection. Anything above semi-nudity, as you called it, and I wouldn't even suggest it. Kids will hardly manage to beat the game and if they don't find that video on youtube, they won't even know... and if they find the video, they have no reason to play anymore :)
