Rise and Fall - Civilizations at War

In 2008, Midway released "Rise and Fall: Civilizations at War" for free, and to my knowledge, no one owns Rise and Fall anymore due to Midway being bankrupt. I've been trying to find a working copy of the game for a long while now, but every place I go to has the screwed up copy that Midway accidentally released. I can't find their fixed copy that they released a week or so after.

Is it still protected, and if not, can someone help find a good copy of the game and is it possible to put on Abandonia?

Or am I wrong in my assumption that Abandonia is for any abandoned games, not just MS-DOS games?

Released for free here (http://www.gamershell.com/download_33916.shtml).

The game is freeware, therefore is suited rather for Reloaded (http://www.reloaded.org//) than Abandonia.

Hmm, the list of liberated games at Wikipedia mentions this game among those that are no longer distributed for free (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_commercial_games_released_as_freeware#Game s_no_longer_freely_distributed) (kind of weird because it quotes as a source the GamersHell downloads page).

It is still available on Gamershell so it would be possible to add to AB with a download link redirecting to Gamershell, but this a pretty new game. I don't see much point in this.
