My town (Swan River, MB, Canada) has been on Jay Leno 3 times.
Once for a rat infestation
Once for a guy shooting another guy with a 12 gauge cause they wanted to see if a bullet proof vest and telephone book could protect you point blank
And once cause someone stole a giant pine apple balloon in braod daylight.
And now we're on TSN.

The guy that nailed the portage terrier player from behind was Jessie Enns. This was the last game of the season (playoff game that we lost, and the stamps were mad) so Mr Enns probably figured they couldn't do anything if he cause some ruckus. He got 40 games suspension. And suspensions carry over into the next season, which means if he was too play hockey, we wouldn't be able to start til after christmas.
The 2 assistant coaches that were fighting both got 20 game suspensions, and over $4000 of fines were handed out. Hah
