My age is wrong

i must of put the wrong year in my date of birth because it says im 19 i was born 01/08/1992 (DD/MM/YYYY) i tryed changeing it but it stays at 1991 is there a way to change it?

Yeah i do that and it says the changes have been saved but im still 19
