Vikings - The Strategy Of Ultimate Conquest Manual

Since the ISO has recently been updated, I was wondering if anyone has the manual for this game. The basic mechanics of the game can be figured out it seems but there are some things I really wish I could get a better explanation on. Thanks!

Yeah, like what the heck is going on in the fight mini game? Anyone get it? I just hold down shift and wail the enemy as fast as I can...but that hasn't won a single fight for me yet, and I keep dying...anyone actually know what you're supposed to do?

So, you figured out the controls... Combination of Shift and numpad keys right? Anyway, you probably have worst armor and weapons. Go to blacksmith in town and buy better ones once you can afford those. When you buy the best ones (which are expensive I think) most of duels will be easy. However, I remember some fights, I had best equipment but sometimes the opponent hits me and kill me with single blow, making several times greater damage than the one needed to kill me. But then I load and fight again and everything is normal. It was probably some bug.
