Can't Download Flashback

I go to the page and press get it and then tell windows to save but when he tries to download it say unknown time remaining and it won't download the zip file. The attachment is the download while it's trying to download flashback

Which version? Is it some beta of IE 9?

I have just tested with IE 8 and it works without problems. :/

What security software are you using? What about download manager/accelerators, are you using any?
