and i am pretty sure the protection has expired and the game is approved:

That is interesting and thank you for the news. However I guess it's still invalid; in this case ScummVM can be considered similar to a Mac emulator, as far as this particular case is concerned. And this thread should still be merged with the other one.

I'll wait if other staff members should think otherwise, though...
