I am considdering buying a PDA (With Windows not Palm). Not for playing games per sé but I would like to know what is possible with it. I have heard that there are ways of running DOSBox on them but I would immagine that being painfully slow. Can I for instance play MoO or Civ on one of those?
I am considdering buying the ASUS MyPal A716.

Just a link I want to store. http://mamaich.kasone.com/

`PocketDOS emulates an 80186 processor in software. On a 206Mhz ARM processor, it reaches the equivalent speed of a 20Mhz 80186 (or 10Mhz 80386) processor. `

i think there are other ones, including some way to run dosbox

i have an oregon scientific osaris (similar to a psion) thats only about 18mhz ARM cpu and i run a zx spectrum emulator on it fine. so you could certainly run lots of emulators on a windows ce pda, but you're probably pushing it to want a useable pc emulator for games on it.

I think ScummVM is avalible for that system atleast.
But expect major hardware-problems.
