It's 2012, therefore Kingdom Under Fire is no longer ESA-protected. However, the game's sold status needs to be checked before it can be labeled "approved".

It seems to be still supported (http://www.phantagram.com/ENG/Products/kuf/download.asp) by the developer.

Yeah, but the patch is still available on the developer's official site, so I think it still counts.

But if I'm mistaken, then the game is sold only on Amazon Marketplace (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00004SZK5/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&qid=1325980341&sr=1-4&condition=new).
