like i said its a complication of a bunch of game demos for windows ME (as i know some are actually DOS like Whiplash/Fatal Racing) i have also mentioned it before (also, can it be a rip because of the opening video)

Unless the demo has been proven to have noteworthy differences from the full version (different content, different levels), in which case it might be added under Extras.
