Moar Steam Games

I was gonna organise some more games on Steam over the next few weekends (Since I am still one of the Steam group leaders).

Maybe a little Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, some Team Fortress... Maybe a little CSS and, for those who have it: CoD:MW2.
(That one has an acronym that is too long to be easy).

I have L4D, TF2, Gmod, Portal, HL2 + expansions, Zombie Panic Source, and a few others....even though all of those arnt multi, its fun to brag about all mah games

Cool. Don't have L4D (Doesn't really appeal to me) But I do have TF2,CSS and Garry's mod.

I'm a heavy/sniper/spy depending on what I feel like. I pretty much stopped being heavy after the latest update. Too many fluffing explosions. One of the Heavy's main weaknesses.

L4D is boring. I played it twice in a net cafe and got bored half way through the second time. Mind you it is quite fun on LAN which I played once at a mates place.

I was playing it multiplayer. But the pumping music was so loud I couldn't even hear the guy next to me. I guess it would be better with communication.

I think it just feels wrong, there isn't enough feedback for kills. They sort of just fall over almost weightless. It's even worse on the Australian version of L4D2. They don't even hit the ground they just disappear.

I think you were playing a different game (:p), or at least your graphical settings were way too low, because bodies stay on the ground when killed...

And I don't know what you mean about the music, it never got in the way for me. Although the bullets sound makes me hard to understand my fellow gamers over voice chat, but, then again, if I were trying to talk with my buddies while shooting some weapon, I will have trouble understanding them, too :p

I was talking about the music in the Net cafe.

The bodies DO disappear in the Australian version. It was insanely censored.

When it's closer to Easter, I'll put it on the Steam group.
Idk what games people want to play, so I put L4D1&2, TF2 and AvP (which isn't so great at Multi atm, but when they release the dedicated server, it will rock. It's pretty fucking scary, tho not as scary as L4D - really good game worthy of a better score than it has. Too many Rage-quitters, tho - stupid gawd-dang noobies).

If you want a game to play, just post in the steam-fest thread and I'll add it to the events list :rocks:
