I have the German Version of Ascendancy. There is no download for German Ascendancy in web. Only the english Version on abadonia.

Also i have the german Ki patch "Antagonizer" (IMPORTANT!:)).
On a site of Logic Factory there is this patch but this File is corrupt.

[APPROVED] But we'll upload it either as extras or on that new separate page we're planning for non-english games :) I'll send you the FTP Access.

Are you planning to upload the Game on site? Or not? I want to animate some people to download it. Please make a second download near to the English download of ascendancy.

Except the extras download limit prevents us to do that. You supplied us a .rar archive with a 32MB, but the size limit is 30 MB. Plus, our site doesn't accept rar archives, only zip. And if you archive it in a zip it gets to 40 MB :\

Hmm ok ... but i dont want to wait for it.

Is it legal to upload the game on a own homepage? Or iam only allowed to uplaod it on abandonia.com?

Well, it's not even legal to upload it on AB. But the games aren't distributed anymore, and the original publishers don't care. So basically you can upload it on a homepage, I guess, just don't say you made the game, though. Check our FAQ for more info about abandonware and how it works.
