Ninja Forever

[Kon-Tiki]

Alright. Have been working on this game for quite some time now (won't say how many years :bleh: ), along with my musician Scorposer and my animator & co-programmer Joker, but as the work that's done's reaching 80% of the first chapter, I decided to announce it here.

What is Ninja Forever?
Ninja Forever is an adventure-RPG in the style of Sierra's old adventure games. You are a ninja named Jittokori and are given missions. How you finish them, is up to you. Whether you slay everything that moves, you sneak around, unnoticed from beginning to end, take a middle-way or do it in any other way you want, you'll be able to finish it.

It has a battle system in the style of the Final Fantasy games, where you can either fight barehandedly or with a sword you made yourself. You can also influence your opponent's status or your own by using one of your homebrewn potions.

When will the first chapter be released?
I hope to get it into beta-testing by half of February.

Nope, been making these type of games from when I was back in highschool. It's a hobby, not an official programming language, so can't make that style of games more than a hobby (except an obsession, maybe :D )

Nope, I just don't like to smear every pixel of progress or every new line of code I've added all over the place. That means you don't hear much 'bout it, but there's big progress going on anyways. For example: The swordmaking system and potionmaking system're done and implemented and for now, it's mostly programming until the first chapter's released.
