I dont want to keep making threads, so ill just list what I need:
I need a couple of reasonable game engines that are in these sorts of genres:
Strategy
Text Based
RPG (Not "RPG Maker", Please, I already have the latest one)
RTS
Adventure
Arcade (Not "The Game Maker")
Also I need Sprites, Backgrounds, & Swf files (Sounds, eg, gunshots, birds, that sorta thing)
Finally, if possible, could someone give me a couple of websites that have Flash, Java, or miscellaneous game making Tutorials.
Thank you

http://www.blitzbasic.com
http://www.blitzcoder.com
Both of these are for the program BlitzBasic (it is an object oriented language despite being a basic language), a rather easy yet versatile program. The original program is intended for 2D graphics and is what I've been using on occations, but there is a 3D version of the prog that I'm not familiar with.
I recomment you at least check it out...
:ok:
The first link is to the official site, and the second to the site with the best resources, tutorials and community.
You can buy the program from either site, as well as manuals if you want them, or if you are very luck you might get a hold of the DVD version of the magazine PC Plus (issue 186 i believe, or at least something therearound) where the full prog was shipped with it for free (the version I have).
java game tutorial (book actually) (http://fivedots.coe.psu.ac.th/~ad/jg/)
and you should check out the sticky-thread 'Essentials' as well...

BYOND (http://developer.byond.com) is great for making games. It's a tile-based system with multiplayer capabilities built-in. It's not a point and click game maker, though, you're going to have to learn a bit about the language if you want to use it. The BYOND language (commonly called DM after the IDE, Dream Maker) is a lot like a mix of C++ and Javascript, but uses indentation instead of brackets and semi-colons. Enough of my ramblings, if you want to know more, go to the site. =P

GEEZ DUDE :wall: DONT TELL ME  YOU ARE USING DARK BASIC:huh: !!!!....this lanquage SUCKS D**k.Why dont u try somesort of an engine such as Genesis or Quake 2 engine (its free a couple of months now).If you learn c++ you will be the god of gods.I will tell something i had before 5 years.I wanted to make a game so i pick dark basic as a fool i was.I was specialized in 3d modelling and animation and i wanted to control my models easilly with DB...the result was great at first sight....But on the second sight my models got awful physic in falling and interactive with other objects..Ok i said.I spend 1 year to improve the physics and the result was improved a little the enviroment and the warps such as gravity and turbulence....BUT!!!!!if i have spendthe same time on improving my capabilities on C++ i could create somesort of a XG2 game in the same time...SO DB will get you nowhere!!!thats 4 sure.Friendlly i ask you to be C++ and 3d studio max (or maya)God instead of a "monkey" that will use a dumb language just for easiness..
Yours Trully
